Ready-made samosa squares/rolls/strips which are available in the market will help you to make this snack quickly.You can also use readymade springroll wrappers available in chinese super markets.

Ingredients
 
 6 samosa squares 
 2 tablespoons plain flour (maida)
 
For the filling
 
 1/2 cup green peas, boiled and crushed
 1 cup french beans, finely chopped and boiled
 1/4 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
 2 green chillies, finely chopped
 2 teaspoons lemon juice 
 1 teaspoon oil 
cilantro
 salt to taste 
 
 oil for deep frying
 
For serving
 
 sweet chutney 
 
Method
 

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the ajwain, green peas, french beans and green chillies and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. 
 2. Add the lemon juice,cilantro and salt. Mix well and keep aside. 
 
 3. Mix a thick paste using the plain flour and water. This is to seal the edges of the samosa.Keep it aside. 
 
4. Fold each samosa square into a cone and stuff with the filling. 
 
5. Seal the edges using the flour paste. 
 
6. Deep fry the samosas in hot oil over a slow flame till golden brown in colour. 
 
7. Drain on absorbent paper.
 

7. Serve hot with sweet chutney which is made as follows


Ingredients
 Imli/tamarind 1/2 cup soaked in little water
 1/2 cup grated jaggery
 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
 1/2 teaspoon  jeera powder
 salt to taste
 
Method
 

1. In a pan,mix the imli, jaggery,  with 3/4 cup of water and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes till the jaggery melts.
2.  Let it cool and grind to a smooth paste adding little water if necessary.
3. Keep refrigerated,serve as dipping for samosa.
